Reiki Mentorship Program


​The Mentorship Program is a six-month journey designed to help you build a Reiki practice that feels steady, meaningful, and true to who you are. The focus is on the pieces that matter most, both spiritually and practically, so your work can grow with clarity and confidence.

Each session explores an essential part of your practice, from understanding your purpose to shaping a business that supports the life you want to live. You will learn how to talk about Reiki in a clear, grounded way, build trust with the people you serve, and develop a professional presence that reflects the heart of your work.

Along the way, you receive practical tools that help you move from intention into action. We address communication with clients, time management, simple marketing, organization, and the day-to-day structure that supports a sustainable practice. Nothing is rushed, and everything is approached in a thoughtful, manageable way.

You will be part of a small group that meets monthly, completes guided assignments, and allows your practice to take shape step by step. By the end of the program, you will have a clear sense of direction and a practical plan you can continue building.

This mentorship is for practitioners who are ready to grow with purpose and steadiness. It supports you in stepping more fully into your role as a Reiki practitioner with confidence, trust, and a deeper understanding of what you are creating.

Who This Program is For


​This program is designed for Reiki practitioners who want to build or grow a professional practice with intention, structure, and long-term sustainability.

It is well suited for you if you:
• Have completed at least Reiki II and are actively practicing or preparing to begin
• Want clear guidance on how to develop your Reiki work into a structured, professional offering
• Are ready to take your role as a practitioner seriously and grow with support and direction
• Want practical help translating your skills into real-world service and business structure
• Value steady, grounded development rather than quick or reactive expansion
• Are willing to engage with both the spiritual depth and practical responsibilities of professional practice

This mentorship is not about following a formula or imitating someone else’s path. It is about developing a Reiki practice that is authentic, responsible, and sustainable for the long term.

This program supports practitioners who are ready to move from interest or exploration into committed professional development.


READINESS & PREREQUISITES
  • Participants must have completed Reiki I and II prior to enrolling.
  • Reiki Master level training is recommended but not required.
  • This program is designed for practitioners who are ready to participate actively and apply what they learn between sessions.

PROGRAM RHYTHM & STRUCTURE
The mentorship meets once per month for six months in a live group session focused on a specific stage of developing your Reiki practice.

Each month includes:
• One live (online) group class with teaching, discussion, and practical guidance
• Clear assignments designed to be realistic, manageable, and directly applicable to building your practice
• Time for reflection, integration, and questions

In addition to the monthly class, participants may organize one peer-led group call between sessions. This optional call offers an opportunity to connect, share progress, and support one another in a collaborative and informal setting.
Between sessions, you work independently with the material, applying what you are learning directly to your own practice.

​This steady rhythm allows insight to become action without overwhelm.

The small group format supports accountability and connection while still honoring each person’s individual path. The mentorship is structured but not rigid, allowing growth to unfold in a way that is both supported and sustainable.

PROGRAM JOURNEY
​
SESSION 1 - FOUNDATIONS OF YOUR REIKI PATH: PURPOSE, VISION & DIRECTION
​This stage establishes the foundation your entire practice will rest on.  Together, we clarify your life purpose, define the vision that will guide your work, and build the grounded base that supports long term growth.

​SESSION 2 - COMMUNICATING REIKI & BECOMING A TRUSTED RESOURCE
This stage focuses on how you speak about Reiki and how trust is built within your community.  You learn how to explain Reiki clearly in real conversations, understand how people decide to work with you, and establish yourself as a trusted resource.  The emphasis is on authentic connection, community presence and becoming someone others confidently refer.

​SESSION 3 - PROFESSIONAL REIKI PRACTICE:  CLIENT CARE, TREATMENTS & TEACHING READINESS
This stage develops confidence and skill in the actual delivery of Reiki.  We explore how to prepare for sessions, support clients throughout the treatment process, and communicate clearly before and after each session.  We will also discuss and assess readiness for teaching, strengthen professional support structures , and plan responsibly for growth, including the possibility of a full time practice. 

SESSION 4 - PROFESSIONAL VISIBILITY & BUSINESS INFRASTRUCTURE 
This stage focuses on how your practice is presented publicly and how it operates professionally.  We address website content, search visibility (SEO), professional affiliations and intentional use of social media.  You also establish essential business systems, including scheduling, financial processes, and the operational structure that supports a stable and responsible practice. 

SESSION 5 – STRATEGIC PLANNING & PRACTICE LAUNCH
This stage turns direction into structured action.  You develop meaningful business goals, refine your direction, and create a realistic implementation plan.  We work through the natural stages of growth, strengthening commitment while allowing flexibility, so your practice can launch and expand in a steady and sustainable way. 

SESSION 6 - SUSTAINABLE GROWTH, IMPLEMENTATION & MASTERY
This stage focuses on sustaining progress and working with real world results.  You learn to track outcomes objectively, manage time intentionally and respond effectively when things do not go as planned,  The emphasis is on consistent action, learning from experience, and developing the stability and trust needed to sustain and evolve your practice over time.  

SESSION 7 - COMPLETION & CELEBRATION
This final stage brings the mentorship to completion through reflection and integration.  You review your progress, acknowledge growth and accomplishments, and clarify the next steps in both your Reiki work and business development.  The focus in on recognizing what has taken root and identifying what you will carry forward as your practice continues to evolve. 

Live attendance is encouraged. All sessions are recorded, and recordings must be viewed before the following month’s class to support continuity and full participation.

Tuition reflects the full six-month mentorship experience including all live sessions, guided development, and structured implementation support.
