The Mentorship Program is a six month journey that helps you build a Reiki practice that feels steady, meaningful, and true to who you are. We focus on the pieces that matter most, both spiritually and practically, so you can grow your work with clarity and confidence.

Each month, we look at an essential part of your practice, from understanding your purpose to shaping a business that fits the life you want to live. You will learn how to talk about Reiki in a clear and grounded way, how to build trust with the people you serve, and how to create a presence that reflects the heart of your work.

Along the way, you will receive practical tools that help you move from intention to action. We cover things like communicating with clients, time management, simple marketing, organization, and the day to day structure that makes your practice sustainable. Nothing is rushed, and everything is designed to support your growth in a thoughtful, manageable way.

You will be part of a small community, meeting each month, completing guided assignments, and watching your practice take shape step by step. By the end, you will have a clear sense of direction and an actionable plan that feels aligned with your soul’s work.

This is a program for people who are ready to grow with purpose and steadiness. It is an invitation to step into your role as a Reiki practitioner with confidence, trust, and a deeper understanding of what you are capable of creating.

​Reiki Master Mentorship & Business Development Program
6-Month Program – Online via Zoom
Upcoming Session:  March - August 2026 (offered annually)

Program Overview:
  • Monthly Classes: Attend one (3.5 -hour) online class each month, led by Kathy Golden.
  • Group Calls: Participate in one group call each month with fellow classmates to foster connection, share progress, and support each other’s growth.
  • Business Development Homework: After each session, you’ll receive specific homework assignments focused on developing your business, to be completed by the following session.
  • Mid-Program Check-In: An optional one-on-one call with Kathy is available mid-program to assess your progress, review your business plan, and update your goals to ensure you stay on track.
  • Completion & Celebration: A final session dedicated to celebrating your achievements and setting you up for ongoing success.

Pre-requisite: Participants must have completed Reiki Master-level training or be enrolled in the Reiki Master class during the program.

  • $495 Deposit: Non-refundable, but transferrable to another class within one year.
  • Payment Plan Available: If you would like to set up a payment plan, please email Kathy Golden. Upon approval, you will receive an invoice for the deposit ($495) and 4 monthly payments of $250.

Session 3 – Vision & Structure
  • Delivering Reiki Treatments: In-Person and Online – Create a seamless and effective experience for clients in both settings.
  • Teaching Classes: When and How to Begin – Determine the right time and approach for sharing Reiki with students.
  • Establish Reiki/Business Support Groups – Build a network of like-minded practitioners for growth and encouragement.
  • Transitioning to a Full-Time Reiki Career: Preparing for the Shift – Lay the groundwork for moving from part-time to full-time Reiki work.

Session 5 – Concrete Plan & Launch

Throughout this program, participants will engage in monthly group sessions, with homework assignments designed to reinforce and build upon each class. You will set personal and business goals for the 6-month program and learn how to prioritize, implement, and track your progress.

Note: While attending each session live is encouraged, all classes will be recorded. Recordings must be viewed before the next month's session to ensure continuity and full participation.
