Monthly group sessions (dates above), 1 monthly call with fellow classmates and homework in between sessions. Students will set goals for the 6 month program and learn to prioritize, implement and track results.

*Although it is encouraged to attend each session, classes will be recorded and must be viewed prior to the next month's session.
