Jo began her healing journey as a Licensed Massage Therapist in 1985.  For the following 15 years, she worked with Chiropractors and Physical Therapists supporting patients with their orthopaedic rehabilitation.

"After years of working in rehab, the world of energetic healing was revealed to me.  Clients noticed heat in my hands and experienced deep relaxation.   I wanted to know how to channel and activate that energy.  My sister, Jane, a Reiki Master, identified this phenomenon as healing touch, and directed me to begin my Reiki Training."

Jo studied under Deborah Ringdahl, DNP, APRN, CNM, through The Bakken Center for Spirituality and Healing at the University of Minnesota.
