​I have been doing this work for more than a decade and am one of only 45 Licensed Reiki Master Teachers in the world.

My path has been shaped by thousands of sessions and many years of teaching, and I bring a steady, intuitive, heart centered approach to my work.

My First Reiki Session Changed Everything


For the first time in years, my mind softened.
My breath settled.
I felt a quiet I had been missing for so long.

That moment opened a door and changed the entire rhythm of my life. I knew, without question, that I was being called to this work.

In the years that followed, I committed myself to the practice and mastery of Reiki. What began as personal healing grew into a lifelong path of service, study, and deep listening.  Today, my work blends presence, clarity, and spiritual depth, supporting others as they reconnect with their own natural balance and inner wisdom.

I am honored to walk alongside those who feel drawn to healing, whether they are seeking rest, clarity, or a deeper connection to themselves.

Kathy's Training and Professional Background

Kathy Golden is a Licensed Reiki Master Teacher (LRMT) and Licensed Reiki Master Mentor Teacher with the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT), one of the most respected and trusted Reiki organizations in the world. The ICRT is known for its rigorous, up-to-date curriculum, and Kathy brings that high standard of excellence to every class and healing session she offers.

There are only 45 Licensed Reiki Master Teachers worldwide, and Kathy is honored to be part of this distinguished group. This designation reflects a deep commitment to integrity, mastery, and the highest standards of Reiki teaching and practice.

Kathy’s training includes extensive study, practice, and mentorship with Senior Master Teachers, including William Lee Rand, Founder of the ICRT, and Karen Harrison, Senior Reiki Master Teacher and Co-Director of the Licensed Reiki Master Teacher Training Program. This level of training has shaped her steady, intuitive, and heart-centered approach to both teaching and healing work.

Kathy is the owner of The Golden Reiki Center, serving clients and students in Los Angeles, CA, and Minneapolis, MN, as well as internationally.
