I have been doing this work for more than a decade and am one of only 45 Licensed Reiki Master Teachers in the world.
My path has been shaped by thousands of sessions and many years of teaching, and I bring a steady, intuitive, heart centered approach to my work.
My journey into Reiki began during a time when life felt stretched too thin. I was a single mother navigating the emotional needs of my son, the demands of work, and the constant pressure to keep going. My mind was always racing. My body was always tired. I had forgotten what peace felt like.
My first Reiki session changed everything.
For the first time in years, my mind softened. My breath settled. I felt a quiet I had been missing for so long. That moment opened a door that changed the entire rhythm of my life. I knew I was being called to this work.
In the years that followed, I committed myself to the practice and mastery of Reiki. Today, I am honored to be a Licensed Reiki Master Teacher, a Licensed Reiki Master Mentor Teacher, a Holy Fire and Karuna Master, and a Master Akashic Practitioner. My work blends depth, clarity, and a spiritual presence that helps others reconnect with their own natural balance.

Kathy's Training
Kathy Golden is a Licensed Reiki Master Teacher (LRMT) and LRMT Mentor Teacher with the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT), one of the most respected and trusted Reiki organizations in the world. The ICRT is known for its rigorous, up-to-date curriculum, and Kathy brings that high standard of excellence to every class and healing session she offers.
There are only 45 Licensed Reiki Master Teachers in the world, and Kathy is part of this distinguished group. LRMTs are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of teaching and practice in the Reiki community. This elite designation reflects Kathy’s commitment to offering the best in Reiki education and healing, along with her passion for helping others on their spiritual and healing journeys.
Kathy’s training includes study, practice and mentorship from Senior Master Teachers, including William Lee Rand, the Founder of the ICRT, and Karen Harrison, Senior Reiki Master Teacher and Co-Director of the Licensed Reiki Master Teacher Training Program. With this elite training, Kathy has gained the depth of knowledge and experience required to become a trusted teacher and practitioner. She is the owner of The Golden Reiki Centers, located in both Los Angeles, CA, and Minneapolis, MN.
Kathy provides a wide range of services, including Reiki Healing Sessions, Reiki Training Classes (all levels), Akashic Record Readings, and Akashic Record Practitioner and Master Practitioner Training. She works with clients and students globally, helping them discover their own healing potential. In addition to her teachings, Kathy offers a 6-month Mentorship Program for Practitioners looking to start or grow their healing business, providing guidance and support for new practitioners and entrepreneurs.
