Kathy Golden, Licensed Reiki Master Practitioner, Teacher & Mentor Teacher

​Kathy Golden is a Licensed Reiki Master Teacher (LRMT) and LRMT Mentor Teacher with the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT), one of the most respected and trusted Reiki organizations in the world. The ICRT is known for its rigorous, up-to-date curriculum, and Kathy brings that high standard of excellence to every class and healing session she offers.

Kathy’s training includes study, practice and mentorship from Senior Master Teachers, including William Lee Rand, the Founder of the ICRT, and Karen Harrison, Senior Reiki Master Teacher and Co-Director of the Licensed Reiki Master Teacher Training Program. With this elite training, Kathy has gained the depth of knowledge and experience required to become a trusted teacher and practitioner. She is the owner of The Golden Reiki Centers, located in both Los Angeles, CA, and Minneapolis, MN.

There are only 40 Licensed Reiki Master Teachers in the world, and Kathy is part of this distinguished group. LRMTs are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of teaching and practice in the Reiki community. This elite designation reflects Kathy’s commitment to offering the best in Reiki education and healing, along with her passion for helping others on their spiritual and healing journeys.

Kathy provides a wide range of services, including Reiki Healing Sessions, Reiki Training Classes (all levels), Akashic Record Readings, and Akashic Record Practitioner Training. She works with clients and students globally, helping them discover their own healing potential. In addition to her teachings, Kathy offers a 6-month Mentorship Program for Practitioners looking to start or grow their healing business, providing guidance and support for new practitioners and entrepreneurs.

As a healer, teacher, and mentor, Kathy is passionate about bringing Reiki into the mainstream conversation around health and well-being. She believes in the power of Reiki to transform lives and is committed to sharing its benefits with a broader audience, empowering others to embrace their healing abilities and spiritual growth.

My Reiki Story
As a single mother balancing the demands of work and raising a child with unique emotional needs, I found myself constantly exhausted, overwhelmed, and anxious. My life felt over-committed and chaotic, with little room for peace or self-care.
Everything changed after my first Reiki treatment. For the first time in years, my mind quieted, and I experienced a deep sense of peace. My once relentless, type-A personality softened into a more centered and calm way of being. Life began to flow at a gentler, more manageable pace, instead of the frantic rush I was so used to.
It was in that moment that I knew Reiki was my calling.
Driven by a desire to share this transformative gift with others, I dedicated myself to studying and becoming certified as a Reiki Practitioner. After years of extensive training, I am now honored to be a Licensed Reiki Master Teacher, part of an elite group of Reiki Masters who have committed to teaching and practicing Reiki at the highest level.
With nearly a decade of experience, I am proud to offer my services through The Golden Reiki Centers in Los Angeles, CA, and Minneapolis, MN. It would be both an honor and a privilege to support you on your healing journey.
