Meet Kathy Golden | Senior Licensed Reiki Master Teacher & Mentor Teacher


As a Senior Licensed Reiki Master Teacher with the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT), I am part of a select group of approximately 50 Licensed Reiki Master Teachers worldwide.

For more than a decade, I have worked with thousands of clients and students through Reiki sessions, Akashic Record readings, classes, and advanced training programs, including teaching students from around the world. This extensive experience has given me a deep appreciation for the individuality of every person I work with and the many ways we learn, grow, and develop.

My work is grounded in presence, intuition, practical wisdom, and a genuine respect for each person's individual journey. Whether I am working with a client or teaching a class, I bring my full attention, experience, and understanding to our time together, encouraging greater clarity, awareness, and confidence in their own abilities.

My First Reiki Session Changed Everything


​For the first time in years, my mind softened. My breath settled. I felt a quiet I had been missing for so long.

That experience opened a door for me. I knew, without question, that I wanted to understand Reiki more deeply.

In the years that followed, I committed myself to the study, practice, and mastery of Reiki. What began as a personal experience grew into a deep commitment to service, teaching, and continued learning. Today, my work is grounded in presence, clarity, intuition, and respect for the wisdom each person brings to their own experience.

I welcome those who are drawn to Reiki, whether they come for a session, begin their own Reiki practice, or continue into advanced training and teaching.

Kathy's Training and Professional Background


Kathy Golden is a Senior Licensed Reiki Master Teacher (LRMT) and Licensed Reiki Master Mentor Teacher with the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT), one of the world’s most respected Reiki organizations. She brings extensive experience as a practitioner, teacher, and mentor to every Reiki session and class she offers.

Her training includes years of advanced study, professional Reiki practice, teaching, and mentorship with internationally respected Reiki teachers, including William Lee Rand, founder of the ICRT, and Karen Harrison, Senior Licensed Reiki Master Teacher and Co-Director of the Licensed Reiki Master Teacher Training Program. This depth of training has shaped her grounded, intuitive approach to both practicing and teaching Reiki.
